I am a 31 year old single mom with bi-polar disorder and ADHD , for which I now take medication that is helping me tremendously! I am also a freshman at college. My problem is that I can't find a job due to a (non-violent) felony on my record, that had nothing to do with drugs, theft, or killing someone. I have been trying since Jan. of this year. I am still on probation so I can't get my record expunged or pardoned right now. I am in dire financial need! I have a pell grant and a stafford loan that covers my tuition for school. I need help with living expenses, Do you have some helpful advice or information for me? Do you know of any grants that I may qualify for? Thank you so much for any help you can offer!
